International Women's Day Zumba®
Join Laura Crawford for some Wednesday afternoon Zumba®!
This is a high-energy class, so wear whatever you feel comfortable exercising in. Please ensure you bring something to drink as there isn’t a water fountain in the studio itself.
Zumba® brings people together through group exercise classes that blend rhythmic Latin music with high-intensity cardio dance moves. Get a full-body workout while forgetting you're even exercising by joining the Zumba® dance party!
