This legislation affects anyone who is renting out property to students or professionals. There will be opportunity to network with a range of providers and support services who can help you navigate through these changes.
We will also be hosting the Loughborough Studentpad Awards which recognises Studentpad Landlords who go above and beyond to support Loughborough University students.
