Loughborough Business School Research and Innovation Launch
Ever wanted to collaborate with the Business School?
Come along for the launch of the new Loughborough Business School Research and Innovation Themes to find out more about the research, centres and how they can work together to deliver purposeful research and create better futures.
These themes are designed to bring together researchers from across disciplines to collaborate and share insights to progress social, environmental, organisational, and economic understanding. They have been developed by the R&I team following an extensive consultation across the School.
The event will feature contributions from Professor Karen Coopman, Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation – Excellence and Focus), Professor Crispin Coombs, Associate Dean for R&I and Professor Jan Godsell, Dean of Loughborough Business School.
The new Research and Innovation Themes are:
- Corporate Governance and Responsible Business
- Digital Futures and Responsible AI
- Green and Just Transitions
- Sustainable Development and Finance
- Wellbeing, Inclusion, and the Future of Work
- Productivity and Innovation
Each theme will be introduced through examples of research and collaborations.
The event will also highlight the work of the Centre for Information Management and the UK SCALE Centre, the newest member of the MIT Global SCALE Network.
