School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering

The School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering at Loughborough University offers a unique, diverse, inclusive and exciting environment for research, innovation and education.

Research is at the heart of everything we do. All of our research impact is rated ‘world-leading’ or ‘internationally excellent’ in the latest Research Excellence Framework.

As one of the world’s leading integrated centres for the built environment we are able to deliver tangible solutions to mitigate the global effects of climate change, create a zero-carbon future and realise the UK’s Industrial Strategy and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Join our welcoming and dynamic School

We have opportunities at all levels in a range of disciplines related to the built environment.

These new, strategic appointments will enhance the School’s world-leading expertise in infrastructure and buildings and create critical mass to deliver University-wide research and teaching relating to net zero design, construction and operation, and climate change mitigation and adaptation.
