Biography

I completed my undergraduate studies (BSc Physics) at Kings College London, and postgraduate studies (PGCE Mathematics) at the University of Sheffield. While in teaching I completed a PGCert in Special Educational Needs Coordination at Leeds Metropolitan University.

After time in teaching followed by outreach for the tech industry, and regular lecturing on Interactive Technologies for Sheffield Hallam University, I started my studies at Loughborough MEC after receiving a 1+3 collaborative studentship from the ESRC Midlands Graduate School DTP, during which I obtained an MSc in Social Science Research with a specialism in Education. I am aiming to evaluate and develop a data science curriculum to increase motivation and ambition for further study and careers in Computing and STEM.
