Are you coming to Loughborough for a short stay - to study - to visit a student - for course modules - to visit departments - to attend sports fixtures?
We offer several options for short stay accommodation on campus. This ranges from a room in a student Hall of Residence to our dedicated visitor accommodation in University Lodge.
Halls of Residence
During the academic year, rooms do become available in our Halls of Residence which we are able to offer on a short-term basis.
Depending on availability, we can offer you an individual study bedroom, studio or self contained one bedroom flat. Please contact us for availability and costs.

University Lodge
The University Lodge offers convenient - affordable short stay accommodation - in a great location centrally situated in the University campus on University Road.
All accommodation is non smoking single wash hand basin rooms - recently refurbished to a high standard, the ample toilets and showers are new and modern. Bed linen and towels are supplied and rooms serviced regularly. Free Internet access available.
New Ashby Court
We have 1 and 2 bedroom flats in New Ashby Court, off Sharpley Road - close to Engineering Departments and Library.
These modern purpose built flats are for Postgraduate Research students, visiting Academics or members of staff - suitable for single, couples or small families on a minimum six month let. Fully furnished, inclusive of bills with monthly payments. Internet access available, free parking and site patrolled by University Security.

Visiting Academics with families
If you require accommodation for a minimum of 6 - 12 months we can liaise with local Estate agents to find a property for you.
Charges
To pass on Estate Agents details - no charge
Research and identify suitable properties for you - £150 charge.
In addition - Viewing properties on behalf of the client plus providing photos and additional information - £100 per viewing.
