The Student Accommodation Team are here to help you choose accommodation that is right for you. We offer advice and support for all your accommodation needs - on or off campus.
If you are considering living in town we can provide you with the necessary advice and information about suitable accommodation in Loughborough.
Many students choose to live in accommodation off campus after their first year. There is a wide selection of privately owned accommodation in Loughborough. These range from individual rooms with shared facilities, shared houses suitable for groups, self contained flats and bedsits and large private halls.
What we offer?
The Student Accommodation Centre advertise properties for Landlords who have been accredited by EMLAS and meet standards set in partnership with Charnwood Borough Council.
We produce our list of University Approved accommodation on the 1st December every year and aim to offer a high standard of privately owned accommodation in Loughborough. All properties advertised by the Student Accommodation Centre have been inspected by us.
In conjunction with the Student Accommodation Centre, the Students Union also hosts a Housing Bazaar early in December, to which local landlords are invited to promote their properties. We urge students to wait until this time to start thinking about accommodation for next year.
