Moving in
When you first move into your room, you will be required to complete a pre-occupancy room audit.
If you live in a University managed Hall (please see exceptions below) you are required to complete this online form within 3 days using the following link:
If you reside in one of the following Halls you are unable to complete the online audit. There will be a paper audit form in your room for you to complete and return to your hall reception staff within 3 days:-

Moving out
At the end of your let, your room must be vacated by 10 am on the end date of your Licence. Your room will be checked and audited prior to the return of your Room Bond Deposit. To help you avoid unnecessary charges for damages or additional cleaning. Find out more »
