Accommodation packages

Undergraduates

All rooms offered on a 41 week let (plus additional fee for freshers week included).

  • £5,008.46 (£120.48 per week) - Standard, without wash hand basin (517 beds)

All fees above include utilities, wired and wireless network, housekeeping service, out of hours Warden Service, Howden for Students insurance policy cover and hall activities.

Undergraduates

  • New Undergraduates: Wednesday 24 September 2025
  • International (ONCAMPUS) Students: Monday 22 September 2025
  • Returning students: Friday 26 September 2025
  • Semester 2 students: Sunday 1 February 2026

New undergraduate international students are able to move in early from Monday 22 September 2025, but you must notify us at sac@mailbox.lboro.ac.uk if you plan to do this. There will be an early room rate at £25 per night.

Hall committee

The Student Hall Committee are on hand to offer support to the hall community. The committees are elected annually and are run by students for students. Their job is to make sure you have a fantastic time in halls with plenty of events for everyone.
