We are delighted to let you know that Patrick Bowan has today successfully defended his PhD thesis, subject to minor corrections, entitled Municipal Solid Waste Disposal in Developing Countries: A Case Study of Wa Municipality, Ghana. He was supervised by Dr Andrew Cotton, Dr Julie Fisher and Dr Sam Kayaga. Examiners were Dr Terry Tudor from the University of Northampton and Dr Diganta Das (School of Aeronautical, Automotive, Chemical and Materials Engineering).
