We are delighted to announce that Encheng Zhou has successfully defended his PhD thesis this afternoon, coming out with a 'pass with minor corrections' verdict.

The thesis is titled An integrated stakeholder analysis of urban flood management in a medium-size city of China: a case study of Zhuji, Zhejiang province. The examiners were Professor Lynn Frewer (Newcastle University) and Dr Martin Tuuli. Encheng was supervised by Kevin Sansom, Brian Reed and Sam Kayaga
