Exercise modalities and regulation

Regular exercise is key for long lasting health benefits. One factor to ensure that people keep doing an activity on a regular, voluntary basis is that they actually like doing it. We investigate whether we can adapt classical exercise programmes to more varied, enjoyable exercise without compromising on health benefits.
