A new national facility for high resolution cathodoluminescence has been officially opened by Professor Nick Jennings, the University’s Vice-Chancellor.
The CREST-led Sustainable Solar Energy Systems Network Plus, which offers structured support to Early Career Researchers in the field of solar photovoltaics, recently organised this year’s Advances in Photovoltaics meeting, held at the Institute of Physics in London on 12th November 2025.
CREST’s Battery-Electrolyser Team has won the Stewart Dow Innovation Award 2025 from Hydrogen Scotland at their dinner and award ceremony in Glasgow on Tuesday 28 October. The award was collected by Dr John Barton on behalf of Jonathan Wilson, Dani Strickland and the rest of the team.
