Loughborough University is ranked in the top 13 in each of the most recent national league tables, cementing its status as one of the country’s leading higher education institutions.

The league tables compare the UK’s 120+ universities on a range of criteria, including student satisfaction, research quality and graduate prospects, as well as specific subject areas.

Loughborough’s results in these league tables saw the University climb two places to 6th position in the Times Higher Education ‘Table of Tables’ in 2017, which ranks the UK’s top 30 universities based on the combined results of the three main domestic university rankings.

Loughborough is now ranked ahead of two thirds of the 24 universities that comprise the Russell Group, placing it firmly among the UK’s higher education elite.
