10th Anniversary of Loughborough Antennas Conference

The whole CMCR team including all of our researchers and staff are gearing up to help out with LAPC 2014.

The Loughborough Antennas & Propagation Conference (LAPC) is the largest annual UK conference dedicated to the field of Antennas and Propagation. This established series of conferences, now in its 10th year, regularly attracts 200 to 250 national and international participants from academia, research institutes, industry and government bodies. LAPC is organised by the Communications Division at the School of Electronic, Electrical and Systems Engineering, Loughborough University.

The two conference chairs are Dr.-ing Marta Martinez Vazquex from IMST GmbH, Germany whos research interests the design and applications of antennas for mobile communications, planar arrays, sensors, and RF systems, and the first chair of LAPC and the founder CMCR, Professor Yiannis Vardaxoglou. Hi research interests include Metamaterials, Frequency-selective surfaces and Antennas
