The Additive Manufacturing Research Group offers fixed-term research staff positions in the internationally recognised Wolfson School of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Loughborough University, UK.

The positions cover a broad range of research topic areas in the field of Additive Manufacturing such as materials, process development/integration, simulation, design, and new application. The majority of our research is conducted with industry and our prior collaborations have covered many industries including the aerospace, automotive, medical, consumer and electronics industries.

Typical Research Associate positions have a starting salary of ≥£28,695 pa. Additional funding will also be provided to support participation in international conferences, summer schools, workshops and research visits to project partners.

Suitable applicants will typically have a PhD or alternatively a relevant Bachelors degree with suitable industrial experience.
