Role and Responsibilities

  • Set a meeting date in April 2022, following the completion of all PDRs in the School/Professional Service.
  • Ensure there is broad consistency and fairness across the School/Professional Service.
  • Review and discuss the reasons for any potential disagreements within PDR meetings. 
  • Report back to ALT/PSMT with an overall review of the PDR in School/Professional Service. The template for this report can be found on the 'useful information' section, and includes, numbers completed, outcomes, challenges, an overall review of development needs and any recommendations for improving the PDR process going forward.
