Performance Development Programmes (PDPs)
Under 16 PDP (North and South)
New for 2025-26 Season. Our Academy will deliver a PDP in the north of our territory and in the south of our territory.
We are replacing our U17 PDP with an U16 PDP North Academy. This Academy will see a small number of training partners selected for the upcoming season to train alongside our U17 NPL squads for the season.
We are delighted to announce our inaugural U16 PDP South Academy programme, based at Stowe School. This programme will run on a Monday evening and establishes Loughborough Lightning’s first Academy programme in North Buckingham and aims to services the performance demands within the south of our territory.
