Volunteers are the heartbeat of Loughborough Lightning Netball, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional matchday experience for athletes, spectators, and supporters. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and passion of our volunteers, who contribute their time and skills to help create a professional and welcoming atmosphere at our events.

Volunteer roles available for the 2025 season 

For the upcoming season, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including: 

  • Athlete Services – Supporting our players and coaching staff with logistics, equipment, and pre-match preparations.
  • Spectator Services – Ensuring our fans have an enjoyable and safe experience, from ticketing and seating to fan engagement activities.
  • Sports Presentation – Helping to deliver a high-energy matchday atmosphere, including music, in-game entertainment, and promotional activities.
  • Field of Play – Assisting with court setup, team logistics, and match operations to ensure seamless game execution.
