How do I purchase tickets? 

It is recommended to purchase tickets ahead of time as many games are expected to sell out this season.

On some occasions, it may be possible to buy tickets on the day at the venue. If tickets remain available to purchase on the game day, this will be communicated via our social media channels.

Please note all tickets bought on the day are charged with a £2 surplus. 

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket covers access to both the NXT Gen curtain raiser and the NSL match, as well as access to our matchday fanzone.

Are season tickets available?

Season tickets for the 2025 NSL season are no longer available to purchase.

Can I purchase accessible seating?

Accessible seating can be purchased online, the price includes an assistant/carer ticket. Please note you must select two seats to claim the second seat.

When will I receive my tickets?

E-tickets will be sent directly to your inbox. If you choose postal delivery then they will arrive no later than 5 days prior to the event taking place.

Can I make a large group booking?

Large group bookings can be made by contacting Ticketline Customer Service on 0161 832 1111 or customerservices@ticketline.co.uk. A group booking offer of 1 free adult ticket for every 10 tickets purchased applies.

Can I upgrade my tickets after purchase?

Tickets can be upgraded after purchasing by contacting Ticketline Customer Service on 0161 832 1111 or customerservices@ticketline.co.uk, subject to availability.

Baby/young children information

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, it is the responsibility of the adult to supervise and be responsible for the actions of the child at all times. All children attending an event, regardless of age, will require a ticket and if aged 2+, a seat will need to be purchased for an event. Please check with us if you are attending an event with a child under 2 years old.

What is the venue address?

Sir David Wallace Sports Hall, Towers Way, Loughborough, LE11 3TU

Where can I park?

Parking is available in various car parks on the East side of the campus including Car Parks 9 and 18 with overflow in Car Park 5. Please see campus map.

Visitors will need to pay to park on campus. You can register to park before arriving at campus via the APCOA Connect app or the website. Alternatively, you can pay on arrival via the app, website, phone or one of the parking machines in the car parks.

How do I access Loughborough campus via public transport?

Trains run regularly to Loughborough Train Station from Leicester and Nottingham as well as direct trains from London St Pancras. A local bus service is available from the train station directly to the university campus. Timetables can be found on the Kinchbus website. Please note reduced timetables are in operation during the university holidays.

Bicycle racks are readily available around campus and near Sir David Wallace, please bring your own bike lock. The university accepts no liability for items left on the premises, they are left at your own risk.

Bag policy

Loughborough Lightning may operate a bag search on arrival. We can only allow handbags / very small bags no bigger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm. Any bags larger than this cannot be brought in to or stored at the venue, and we have no lockers or storage facilities available for the general public.

Prohibited items

There are a number of items that are prohibited from the venue. Only a small amount of food and drink can be brought into the venue. No glass at all may be brought into the venue. No alcohol may be brought into the venue; only alcohol purchased in the venue may be consumed within it. If you require bringing your own food and drink on medical grounds, please contact us in advance.

No illegal substances, legal highs, pyrotechnic articles, lasers, glow sticks, weapons, or offensive items may be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.

Photography Policy

We welcome fans and media to capture the excitement of our Lightning Netball events. Whether you're attending to cheer on the team or to document the action, here's what you need to know about photography during match days:

  1. Personal photography: You are welcome to take personal photos or videos of the game for your own enjoyment. However, please be mindful of other spectators and the players' safety. For the comfort of all attendees, we ask that you use a camera or phone without a flash to avoid distracting players and officials.
  2. Professional photography: Professional photography is in operation at all match days and covers player photography and match day experience. By attending this event, you agree that any official photos taken can be used by the club for commercial purposes.
  3. Social media sharing: We love seeing our fans engage online! Feel free to share your photos on social media and tag us using our official team hashtag and handles. However, please remember that broadcasting or streaming the event live is not permitted.

Motorpoint Arena

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets for our Motorpoint fixtures can be purchased via Ticketline or Motorpoint direct.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket covers all matches played on matchday including a NXT Gen fixture as a curtain raiser.

Hospitality tickets

Hospitality tickets are available for both matches on 2 May and 31 May.

Can I purchase accessible seating?

Accessible seating can be purchased by contacting the Motorpoint Arena. To book accessible seating tickets via phone, please contact the Box Office team on 0808 164 4616 (this is a free phone number). This line is open 9am-6pm on Monday to Saturday. They are currently closed Sundays. You can also contact the box office team via our Accessibility form link.
