Campus tours

Campus tours are the perfect opportunity to see our beautiful campus and find out more about what life is like here at Loughborough to help you make your decision about which universities to put on your UCAS application.

All of our summer 2021 campus tours have now come to an end. You can now sign up for alerts and be the first to hear about our new dates as they are released. We've also provided some information to give you an idea of what you can expect from our campus tour events.

What to expect

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during their visit with us. Hand sanitiser will be provided for all visitors to use, and we are limiting tour group sizes to comply with government guidelines. Social distancing measures have been implemented and we would ask that all visitors follow these procedures whilst on campus with us

Campus tours usually take between 60-75 minutes – don’t forget to wear comfy shoes as our campus is big and our tours are on foot! If you or your guest have any mobility issues which you would like us to factor into your tour experience, give us a call on 01509 222804 or drop us an email.

Finding out more about your subject

These campus tour events do not include information on specific subject areas and it is not possible to give tours of our academic departments at this time. Further information about our undergraduate courses can be found on our online prospectus.

In order to be able to effectively manage the campus tour events in line with government guidelines guests are limited to a maximum of two guests per person. If you bring additional guests with you to the event, unfortunately, they will not be able to join the tour.

When you arrive

Upon arrival at the University please make your way to the Edward Herbert Building (EHB) to register for the event.

Free parking is available onsite in a number of car parks nearby including Car Park 18 and Car Park 19 which is right by the EHB.

If you want to arrive a little earlier and grab some refreshments before your tour, the Edward Herbert Building’s Food Court will be open where you can purchase hot and cold drinks and food.

Getting here

If you are travelling by car and using a satnav, please use postcode LE11 3TU to get to campus. For further information on how to find us and travelling to the University please visit our website.
