STEM Community Day 2019

Join us for an afternoon of fun and informal activities and demonstrations relating to the University's STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) subjects!

There is something for everyone at our STEM Community Day with activities and timed workshops linked to Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subject areas.

The event aims to inspire all ages: from budding astrophysicists and mathematicians, to those with a wild imagination and a thirst for trying new things.

The activities range from building your own robots, solar powered cars, fruit piano, smoothie bike all the way to building your own rockets and playing with magic hydrophobic sand!

There will be a café on site for you to enjoy food and drinks with your family.

The full event programme is currently being updated and will be published on this page soon.

Tickets to our bookable sessions will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, please collect your tickets 15 minutes before your workshop is about to begin.
*We advise that you pre-register for the day prior to attending
