Loughborough Students' Union Advice

Loughborough Students' Union (LSU) Advice offers a confidential and non-judgmental advice service to help you with any issues you may have with your course or the University.

This service is independent of the University and is part of the Students' Union.

LSU Advice's team of consultants can support you with a range of matters ranging from: academic misconduct, appealing results, disciplinary allegations, mitigating circumstances claims and complaints.

They can also help you to understand the University policies and regulations, to know your rights, to draft any emails or letters required, and where necessary attending meetings with you. However, it's important to note that they cannot advise on student vs student conflicts or Students' Union disciplinaries or complaints.

The team provides free, independent, confidential and non-judgemental advice for taught students and Doctoral Researchers at both the Loughborough and London campus, and have offices at each of these locations.

Please note, advice is currently being provided primarily by email.
