Black History Month Enterprise Q&A

As part of our celebrations of Black History Month we had a fun Q&A with two of our entrepreneurial founders. Hear about what makes them tick, inspirations and what drives their enterprise spirit!

Flora Boa

Paris born and London raised, at 21 years old Flora Boa is a tech and social entrepreneur who is always looking for opportunities to challenge her creativity, uplift others and celebrate black talent. Her entrepreneurial endeavours as co-founder of data analytics and e-commerce platform Kasaie have led her to win the Santander Student Start-up of the Year award 2022, Barclays Eagle labs People Choice Award and be a semi-finalist in the London Mayor Entrepreneur competition.

She is also the founder of Future Minds, a community which equips young people with the skills to enter the workplace and navigate society. As external collaboration officer and BAME council member at Loughborough University her next project will focus on celebrating creative BAME talent in a gala that will connect talented students to industry sponsors. It's fair to say that a lot of exciting things are on the horizon as she furthers her tech career so do not hesitate to connect with her and follow the journey!
