Club Alumni

Loughborough University Students Football Club are proud to boast alumni who have gone on to play professionally within the game as well as impact the shape of sport domestically and internationally. The first records of the men's AU side was in the 1920-21 season with the Women's club forming in the mid- 1980's. A number of former students have been inducted into the Loughborough Sport Hall of Fame, for more details on the hall of fame please see the link below.

Men's Club History

Earliest records of Loughborough Men’s football date-back to 1919-20 side, under the name of Loughborough Technical Institute under the guidance of Principal Herbert Schofield. In 1920 it became a college of Technology, with the Side winning its first silverware on record in the Northern Junior Cup in 1922.
