Booking changes post COVID-19

Gym sessions and fitness classes can only be booked on the day of the activity and casual sport bookings can be booked 1 week in advance.

How to book

Download the Lboro Sport app to get started.

All Loughborough Sport members have an account configured to use the Lboro Sport app.

Additionally, all student and staff members at Loughborough University, whether they are a member or not, will have a Loughborough Sport account ready to be activated. Please do not attempt to use your University password to login, this will not work. Follow, the login instructions outlined below.

New community members will need to register for a Loughborough Sport account.

To log into the app;

  • Select the 'Account' tile on the homescreen and click 'Login'.
  • If you do not know your password choose 'Reset Password'.
  • Fill in the password request form, using your registered email address. Loughborough University student and staff members will be registered with their Loughborough Uni email unless this has been previously changed.
  • You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. The link will be valid for 15 minutes from receiving the email.

There are no activities or sessions listed when I select a booking tile?

Gym sessions and fitness classes will only appear for bookings on the day. If no sessions are viewable, we are either closed or there are no sessions happening for that particular programme.

I am a member but a charge is displaying on the screen?

Full standard casual prices will appear on the screen if you are not logged into the app.

Additionally, some activities may not be included in your membership.

Where can I see my booked bookings?

Select the 'Account' tile on the homescreen. These bookings will dissapear after the session end date time has passed.

I recieved an app notification but I can't find the information on the app?

When you recieve an app notificaion, select the notification to open the news article. If you have cleared your notifications, you can find the article under the tile 'Alerts' on the app homescreen.
