Taking place on 25th- 28th July at The University of Nottingham, Lightning’s U21, U19 and U17 sides, which feature numerous Superleague stars including Lucy Parize and England U19 Captain Annabel Roddy, will travel to Nottingham in the hope of improving on last year’s standings and aim for a coveted top four finish.
Lightning Academy has gone from strength the strength in the past year, with the addition of Pathway Manager Victoria Burgess, who brings to the side, not only a rich playing history, but experience in coaching young sides through her work with the England U19 side. Of the squad announcements Burgess described her delight;
“Loughborough Lightning are delighted to announce the following players will be representing us at the NPL tournament. The future is bright within our pathway and we can't wait to support their journey.”
