September Open Days 2023

Running from 10:00 on Friday 22nd September until Saturday 23rd, our incredible campus is in action for Open Days.  Across both days, Loughborough Sport will be hosting a variety of different talks and tours so you can learn all there is to know about the huge sporting offer here at Loughborough.  

Across our 20 performance programmes, coaches will be deleivering talks in various locations on campus tailored around their sport and how the process works in each sport.  There is also a 'Loughborough Sporting Experience' talking taking place at 3 different times throughout the day, in which you can learn more about the whole package we offer here at Loughborough, including volunteering opportunities, gym memberships and the different levels of competitions we have available.  However, it is key to note that some of these talks only happen once a day, so ensure you check these times while planning your days, as to not miss a chance to listen to the coach you are interested in. 

Loughborough Sport will also have a hub at the Edwards Herbet Building on campus, where lots of staff will be available throughout the day to answer any questions you want to ask.  It is also where out sport facility tours will be leavign from every 10-15 minutes.  Lasting around 45 minutes, this is your chance to listen and talk to our experts as you see most of our world leading facilities that as a student, you will have access to.  

Saturday is a amazing chance to be on campus as a number of our student teams play in their national leagues.  Our Mens Football programme will be at home playing in another FA Vase game against Dunkirk at 15:00 at the Loughborough University Stadium.  Our Mens Rugby team are also playing a home fixture this weekend, as they face Old Redcliffians at 15:00 on the 1st XV Rubber Crumb.
