On behalf of the Wallace Group, Loughborough University are looking to recruit 6 experienced, passionate and committed Volunteer Zambia Student Sport Development Officers for 2019-2020.

The role of the Student Sport Development Officer is to work alongside and upskill Zambian partners (Sport In Action & Zambian Government Sport Organisations) by sharing knowledge & experience through the co-delivery of a range of sport development roles at selected placements within Community Sport Hubs (CSH’s) across the Zambian capital Lusaka. The focus of each role will differ due to individual skillsets & expertise determined by SIA. Students will work in conjunction with and alongside SIA staff and volunteers to support the implementation of their plans and a key element of the role will be to provide and receive feedback to individuals.

  • Basketball Development Officer
  • Football Development Officer
  • Women’s Football Development Officer
  • Media, Marketing & Communications Development Officer
