We welcome your feedback whether it is a complaint, compliment or a suggestion on how we can improve our service. We have a Complaints Procedure and full details can be found in our Code of Practice.
In the first instance, you can contact the SASS Manager, Gail Langton. All complaints will be taken seriously and investigated in line with our Complaints Policy.
Please do let us know what you thought of our service, leaflets and website. Your feedback will be used to monitor and improve what we do. From time to time we also ask students to attend a Student Forum and give your opinions in a group of people.
