Suggestions and feedback

The University Library welcomes suggestions and comments about all the services we offer. We undertake to investigate each issue raised and to provide users with a considered response.

Please note that the Library may publish the replies given to any queries raised, but will respect the confidentiality of the individuals concerned.

The Library's User Services Group reviews our suggestions procedures on an annual basis at the first meeting of the academic year to ensure that the policies and procedures in place are fit for purpose.
