Over the last few years, significant amount of high-quality Equity, Diversity and Inclusion research material has been produced by Loughborough University staff and doctoral researchers. To celebrate and showcase this work, the Library has launched five new Research Repository collections comprising of research in the key areas identified on the University EDI web pages (https://www.lboro.ac.uk/equity-diversity-inclusion/). 

This comprises an over-arching Equity, Diversity and Inclusion collection.

and four smaller collections

• Race Equity
• Gender Equity
• LGBT+
• Disability

The collections consist of Loughborough University EDI related research output from the last ten years. As well as being browsable, all collections include a search box for you to source material in your specific area(s) of interest.

The collections represent a selection of the material available, and we would love to hear from Loughborough University academics and researchers, who have more outputs that are EDI-focussed and could be added into the collections on an on-going basis. We are very keen that the collections are representative of the university community and keep developing to showcase the important work being done in this space.
