Starting next week, all the water fountains in the Library will be replaced with new ones and an additional new one will be installed near the café, on Level 3.

The water fountain on Level 3 will be the only one operating while the other 3 replacements, on the other Levels and one new unit on Level 3, are fitted w/c 27^th March. Once the new ones are installed, there is a 10 to 14 day period for flushing, water sampling and certification. Once they have the required sign off, these units will be put into service and the remaining unit, on Level 3, will be replaced w/c 10^th April.  

Some of the work may be noisy at times and any toilets adjacent to the water fountains may be unavailable at times, while the plumbing is worked on. The contractors are planning on doing any really noisy work before the Library opens at 9.00am.
