Click and collect service
As the lower levels are currently closed to users, we have re-established a click and collect service. To ask for books to be collected, users will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Their staff/student ID number
- As much detail about the items as possible: Author, Title, Shelf mark and Edition and that it is in stock according to the catalogue.
There will be a 10 book maximum limit for book collections and users should only come to collect the books when they have received an email confirmation from the Library that the books are ready for collection. It will not be possible for Library staff to fetch books outside of this process.
All books will need to be borrowed using the self-service machines. Books can only be returned via book drop boxes, which are available both in and outside of the Library.
