IT Services have a key role in contributing to the university’s ambition of providing “a life-shaping student experience”.
The Student Experience function is part of the Business Partnering Team and is responsible for ensuring the services are highly valued and constantly kept relevant to the student’s needs.
This is achieved by gathering feedback from students and evolving the services accordingly.

- Face to face events on Campus
- Online feedback forms
