Modifying group membership using Outlook

Open address book, in Windows Ctrl + Shift + B.

Search for the group for the mailbox you need to modify, in this example shared.its-test-02.

Open address book

Open the group whose membership you want to modify.

In this example we are modifying shared.its-test-02.ReadWrite.

Modify membership

Click Modify members and a new window opens.

Add members

Click Add, and in the window search for the account to add.

Either double click on the account or select it and click Add. If you want to add more than one account you can do so here. Once you have finished click OK, OK, Apply and a final OK.

Group membership will now be updated as long as there were no errors. However it can take a few hours for this change to become effective across all systems.
