Wireless Network Outage

Unfortunately, we have encountered a problem with the operation of the wireless network. This appears to be a known issue but unfortunately at present the only way to fix it is to restart the devices that control the wireless network.

In order to prevent a larger outage that would be difficult and time consuming to recover from, we plan to restart these devices at 6pm on Friday 1st December. This will cause an outage to the entire wireless network for a period of 15-30 minutes.

We apologise for this outage, and the short notice given, but this problem has only occurred today and all other attempts to fix it have proven unsuccessful.
