Update: Information about accessing LEARN

Following essential maintenance work by our IT Services team, LEARN has now been restored and can be accessed off-campus.

Please note LEARN archives from previous academic years will remain unavailable off-campus unless you are using the University’s VPN (Virtual Private Network), but they can still be accessed as normal on campus.

You can download the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client here.

In addition to the VPN service, you will also need DUO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up on your device.

If you have recently changed or upgraded your smartphone, you will need to ensure you have the DUO app installed and setup ready to access our IT systems remotely.

Information on how to use DUO Multi-Factor Authentication can be found online.
