Remote working issues

We are aware that staff may have experienced performance problems today connecting to our services, particularly via VPN. This was due to capacity issues with national infrastructure and affected many universities; the problem has now been fixed by our network provider, Jisc.
Please remember that you only need to use the VPN to access corporate applications such as Agresso, LUSI, iTrent or Group Workspaces.
