myLboro technical disruption

It was reported late yesterday afternoon of a technical disruption to the myLboro app, where users were being redirected to Learn instead of the app.

By 7.30pm a temporary solution was put in place by us which immediately fixed the issue for on-campus users and resolved issues for off-campus users a short time afterwards. Please note during this time Android and iOS apps continued to operate normally.

This morning we’ve continued our investigation of the  technical issue and as a result have placed a permanent fix in. However, this would have caused a brief period of disruption for all users whilst the fix was installed.
