Group Workspace access issue

We are aware of an issue currently affecting Group Workspace access, we are in the process of restoring access across all workspaces and expect to have them back up and running by the end of the day.
This issue occurred on the 26th of December and any changes to group membership from this date may be lost so please do not amend any group memberships for workspace access until we have confirmed the issue is fully resolved. If you made any changes to membership after the 25th of December please inform IT.Services@lboro.ac.uk
