Cisco AnyConnect software upgrade from Monday 07 March

Starting on Monday 07 March, IT Services will be rolling out an upgraded version of Cisco AnyConnect (4.10.04071) on the Staff Managed Windows Desktop Service. The new version will apply critical security updates and bug fixes.
ACTION REQUIRED?
For the Staff Managed Windows Desktop Service:
- The upgrade will be automatically applied when NOT connected to the VPN Service e.g., when working on campus or on a broadband connection.
For the Staff Managed Mac Desktop Service:
- Go to Self Service and Browse to Staff 2022 Testing then either run 'Cisco AnyConnect 4.10.04071' (for when on campus which will auto install the update) or 'Cisco AnyConnect 4.10.04071 Off Campus' to download the latest client and then install it from '/Users/Shared/Cisco Any Connect for off campus installation'.
For non-managed and personal Windows, Mac and Linux devices:
- Links to download and install the new application can be found on the Cisco Any Connect webpages on the IT Services Working Remotely - VPN webpages. Please note that you will either need to be connected to the campus network or via the VPN if working remotely to access the downloads.
