Changes to accessing web interface for - Effective from 6th June

What is happening?
IT Services will be carrying out work on the mailing list server web interface ( to further enhance and secure it. All ad-hoc mailing list management (that is, for mailing lists in the domain) will only be available for users on campus, or users joined to the University VPN service.

When is it happening?
This will take effect from Monday, 6th June

Does this affect me and how?
When working off-campus, you will need to be connected to the University VPN (Virtual Private Network) in order to access and administer the mailing list management interface. If working on campus connected to the University network you will not need to do anything.
