Service Status

The table below indicates service availability throughout Loughborough University's IT Services. A 'traffic light' system: red, amber, green, and blue, as defined by the colour legend below, is used to display service availability.

Please note, the service status page will only be updated during working hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Green   Green = Service operational
Blue   Blue = Planned maintenance
Amber   Amber = Limited/at risk service
Red   Red = Service Unavailable

We are aware of the following Phishing/Scam emails circulating:

- Complete your online submission for tax refund - Reference Number : nnnnnnnn.nnn

- Account Access Revoked allegedly 'from' Lloyds Bank

- Are you available/Are you on campus ('seemingly' sent by Senior members of University staff)

- Scam emails with 'invoices' attached (virus risk)

- Intimidation emails asking for payment via Bitcoin

- Your tax refund is on the way ! - From: [H M R C] [mailto:x.x.xxxx@lboro.ac.uk]

- Urgent to all residents of the building - Mail_Box_Error - You are still using the old security setting
