Description of the Works
Please note that the university is arranging repairs to the damaged ceiling area within the cleaners' cupboard (Room HH006 next to entrance foyer).
As a prerequisite to these works, the University has appointed Lucion Services Ltd to undertake an intrusive R&D asbestos survey of the ceiling and its immediate surrounding areas within the cupboard.
I would be grateful for your co-operation in facilitating this important survey.
Please follow any instructions provided by the asbestos technician while the survey is being carried out.
The survey is currently scheduled to take place on 11th June 2026, and the work itself is expected to take no longer than one hour to complete.
