One of our most popular offerings, promote your ‘brand’ out to the masses by coming on to campus and running a ‘Brand Awareness’ event. This is a great opportunity for you to engage with a high volume of students in person and create a buzz about your brand on campus. These activities will be held in high footfall areas, gazebo hire is available for outdoor locations. Examples of attrations include:
- Free Coffee cart
- Food/Sweets stall
- Interactive Activites/Games/Competitions
- Exhibition Items/Cars
- Prize giveaways
Please contact employers.services@lboro.ac.uk for more information and to discuss any suggestions that you have.

On Campus Employability Sessions
These sessions are designed to ‘upskill’ students. If there is a particular area in your recruitment process that students struggle with or a certain skill/strength that is important to succeed in your business, this is your opportunity to run a session.
Topics can include:
- Making an impact at interview
- Making effective applications
- Improving Commercial Awareness
- Interview techniques; standing out from the crowd
Due to low attendance at online Employability Sessions, we will be running these sessions in person only.
To book a session please contact the events team at employer.services@lboro.ac.uk to discuss possible dates and times, this will limit clashes between employers and student lectures/timetables.
In person events are subject to Government and University guidelines as well as the availability of suitable rooms.

Targeted Emails
Targeted emails are a cost effective way of ensuring you are maximising your exposure to relevant student groups. Through this service, you can target students by year group, department or course.
Employers have found that this service works very well to increase applications for current roles, but it is also a great tool to boost attendance at an upcoming employer event or attraction on campus.
For a list of courses you can choose to target, information about prices or to arrange a targeted email, please contact us at employer.services@lboro.ac.uk. Please note we require up to 10 days’ notice to send a targeted email.
