Both posts are to support the work of the Centre for Academic Practice in enhancing the breadth and quality of its provision to academic/other staff involved in learning and teaching. They will both support the development and embedding of a research-informed, evidence-based approach to teaching practice development and promote links between generic and discipline-linked knowledge and the interchange of practice. Both postholders will work with colleagues across the University and to deliver provision on both the Loughborough and London campuses.

Post 1 will specifically support and contribute to the management, delivery, evaluation and enhancement of existing accredited /structured provision, whilst Post 2 will provide support to academic colleagues and engage in a range of activities including the delivery of specific projects which support institutional learning and teaching priorities and which also address national developments.
