LUPE Writing Retreat

This week (03/12/14) the Centre for Academic ran its first LUPE writing retreat, a workshop to support those applying for HEA fellowship through the University’s CPD framework. Attendees were encouraged to use the space to continue work on their portfolio. Dr Nick Allsopp (Head of Academic Practice) and Mrs Carol Newbold (Teaching & Learning Development Adviser), both Senior Fellows of the HEA, were on hand to advise applicants through the process and review work already evidenced.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the LUPE you may wish to consider attending our upcoming workshop “Getting in the LUPE: developing your Loughborough University Portfolio of Evidence” on the 17th December, an introduction to the University’s CPD framework and how it relates to professional recognition. Places can be booked through my.HR.
