Loughborough University’s CPD portfolio route to HEA fellowship
The CPD portfolio scheme (previously branded as “LUPE”) is used for those colleagues who teach and support student learning as a way of gaining fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). The Loughborough scheme allows colleagues to make a claim for Associate Fellowship, Fellowship or Senior Fellowship of the HEA.
At the heart of our new scheme is the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF). This document describes the differences between the different types of HEA fellowship and provides the details that all claims for fellowship have to be mapped against.
Is the HEA Fellowship affected by COVID?
The HEA Fellowship is still running during COVID, and to support colleagues there are a range of options that they can engage with in place of a face-to-face Teaching Observation. See the document below to look at some of the suggested alternatives.
