Following a varied career in the civil service and the non-profit sector, Ruth returned to education and studied for a master’s in Psychology at Coventry University, Subsequently, she completed a Master’s in Social Science Research at Loughborough University.

Research

Research Title: Exercise and calorie-tracking apps: Investigating the potential for harm.

Ruth is researching the relationship between fitness technology and unhealthy exercise.
